At Varvello Mode, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our return, refund, and cancellation terms in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@varvello-mode.com.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Please notify us of any change requests before our cut-off time of 08:00 PM (EST) on the day of purchase.
- Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return costs.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned in original packaging with all accessories included.
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under Canadian consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from its description. Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery and report any issues immediately.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
5. Order Modifications & Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately. While we make every effort to update your details, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed for shipping.
